Maria Casanovas Gran Reserva Brut Nature is a cava produced by Cava María Casanovas.
This cava is a coupage of traditional varieties Xarel·lo,Macabeo and Parellada, together with the outstanding Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that contribute to the cavas complexity and personality. As for the production, there is a long aging process that results in elegant and well integrated carbon.
Sight: A pale yellow with golden reflections. Bright with persistent and fine bubbles and a good rosary form.
Nose: Very elegant on the nose. White fruit with a touch of citrus that appears next to dairy notes, dry fruit and yeast aromas with a delicate mineral background.
Taste: On the palate it is fine, structured and elegant. Full of flavour with well-integrated carbon. Excellent acidity. A long and persistent finish.
