Fernando

Fernando was born in 1951 in Madrid into a third generation restauranteur family. From a young age Fernando has been exposed to wine and food being part of a culture that takes great pride in all aspects of gastronomy. Fernando was one of the first pioneers of spanish wines, having introduced them to the market in San Francisco over 30 years ago. He now operates Spain Only 1 in Ontario providing Canadians with spanish culture through the variety of references carried. His one wish is to educate the consumers on the great quality and price of Spanish wines.
